Barry Comprehensive School’s Rugby 7s teams will be tackling their packed fixture list in fine style thanks to the generosity of Jamie Sylvester, Manager of Macron Store, Cardiff.

Jamie sponsored the U18 7s kit as well as sponsoring t-shirts for the U18, U16 and U13 players.

All age groups will be playing in the Vale 7s, with the U13’s then taking part in the Berkhamstead 7s in Hertfordshire. This will be followed by the Urdd 7s in Llanelli for the U13, U15 and U18s and then the U13, U16 and U18s head to London for the Rosslyn Park National Schools 7s – the biggest rugby tournament in the world.

Coach Mr Manley said ”We are very grateful to Jamie Sylvester. Manager of Macron Store, Cardiff for sponsoring all of the kit. It is a huge help and means all our players look and feel the part. We are aiming to give all our teams the opportunity to compete against the elite rugby schools from all over the UK. The 7s tournaments offer a great experience for the players on and off the field and I believe that taking part allows the boys to grow not only as players but also as well rounded people.”
